Modicon M251 Logic Controller
The M251 has no embedded I/O — it is the controller you choose when the I/O sits on the network or on expansion modules rather than in the CPU. With two independent Ethernet ports it can separate the machine network from the plant network, which is exactly what a modular line or a remote station needs.
